Obituary of George Cote

George Cote of Red Deer, Alberta passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at the age of 77.

George's death has broken our hearts. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was very proud of his family.

George’s love will leave healing memories in our hearts forever. His motto and favourite sayings were “Everything is beautiful” and “Don't worry, be happy.” He was a member and volunteer at the Red Deer Legion.

George will always be remembered by his wife Christa; their three sons Robert (Lois), Don (Sheila) and James; four grandsons Daniel, Scott, Ty, Tanner; and daughter-in-law Colleen. He is also survived by a close-knit family of five brothers and their families, very special cousins, and a special nephew, Ron.

At George's request, there will be no Celebration of Life. He will have no pain in heaven. Cherish your moments.
