Obituary of Gary Orian Dowling

With the saddest of hearts we announce the passing of Gary Orian Dowling, 75, of Red Deer, Alberta on March 14, 2024.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Dowling; daughter Katherine (Travis); grandsons Clayton and Tysen Wandler and son, Richard Dowling.

Gary is predeceased by his parents, Russel and Marion Dowling; father in law, Kenneth Tibble and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

Gary was a loved son, brother, husband, dad, grandpa and uncle. The family would like to thank Unit 22 at Red Deer Regional Hospital for the amazing care Gary received. The nurses that cried with us and helped us during those difficult days will forever stay in our hearts.

We will be Celebrating Gary’s life at the Pioneer Lodge, 4324 – 46 A Ave, Red Deer AB on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00 pm.

Thank you to those who sent flowers, cards, calls and hugs, your love and care is so appreciated. If you would like to make a donation to the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation this was an organization that Gary volunteered for, for numerous years.

We will miss you and love you alway. Loving you forever.
