Obituary of Phyllis Margaret Nornberg

Phyllis Margaret Nornberg of Rimbey Alberta, passed away a the Rimbey Long Term Care Area 2, on November 30, 2023, at the age of 83 years.

Phyllis was born September 26, 1940, in Nipawin Saskatchewan. On August 14, 1977, Phyllis married Ben. Phyllis had the award of best wife ever according to Ben. During Phyllis’s working career she worked highways patrol and in property management. Phyllis was a thrift store junkie and made costume jewelry. Phyllis loved her dog Radar and Psycho.

Phyllis was a Jehovah’s Witness and served her God for more than 41 years since July of 1982.

Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ben Nornberg; sons, David Vielander and Raymond Vielander; sister, Faye Griffin; her eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Phyllis was predeceased by her son, Warren Merkel.
