Obituary of Regina "Jean" Angeline Balfour

It is with heartfelt sadness we announce, our mother Jean Balfour left us on January 25, 2023 at the age of 95 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her four children; Reg (Susan), Cheryl, Dwayne (Dianne) and Dean Balfour; five Grandchildren, Jaret, Matthew (Amy), Jordan (Meghan), Kylie (Chad) and Cody (Ashley); as well as five great grandchildren, Zachary, Krew, Carter, Kage and her only granddaughter Lily. All of her grandchildren and great grandchildren held a very special place in her heart.

Jean will also be remembered by her sisters; Agatha, Loretta, Eleanor and Lorraine; sisters-in-law Joyce and Marguerite. She was predeceased by her husband Ira Balfour; parents Martin and Regina Pernitsky, and grandson Keenan at 1 month old).

She was also predeceased by her three brothers; Leo, Eugene and Ben Pernitsky.
