Obituary of Clarence Stewart (Mac) McConnell

Clarence Stewart McConnell (Mac) of Red Deer, Alberta passed away December 7, 2020 at the age of 90 years.

Mac will be lovingly remembered by his wife Zola; five daughters and their families, Deborah and Randy Davies, Wendy McConnell, Shelley and Ed Hollman, Brenda Buckle, and Beverly and Scott Gehmlich; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Stewart and May McConnell, and sister Eva Stilwell of Cambridge, Ontario.

A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mac’s honour may be made online to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Humanitarian Aid General Fund (www.ldsp.org and click on “Donate Online”).
