Obituary of Jonathan Byron Sutela

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jonathan Byron Sutela of Edmonton AB on August 8, 2020 at the age of 39 years. Jonathan was born in Red Deer AB in 1981, first born of parents Byron and Edith Sutela. As a child, he was full of life, enjoyed most sports and loved being at his Grandma’s farm. Jonathan attended school in Red Deer, had a love for music and was very compassionate and caring for others. He had a special bond with his Grandma Sutela. Jonathan is survived by his parents Byron and Edith Sutela; sister Christine (Tyler); nephew Benny as well as numerous aunts; uncles; cousins and many friends. Jonathan will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Due to the current Covid-19 social gathering restrictions, a private family gathering will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke foundation, Suite 144, Centre 104, 5241 – Calgary Trail, Edmonton AB T6H 5G8.
